 Meadow; Whats In Bloom... The "meadow" is a low-lying area that collects rainwater. Although this section of the rain garden is not a true rain garden by definition, it does hold, infiltrate, and absorb storm-water runoff!  Introducing the Moonlight Garden; Whats In bloom. The Moonlight Garden has evolved over time from a quiet corner tucked away, thick with shrubs with light-colored and fragrant blooms to attract nighttime pollinators such as moths and beetles.
